1. Our Plan
We offer three monthly service plans:
- £9.95 per month
- £19.95 per month
- £29.95 per month
The services, benefits and exclusions of your chosen plan will be explained to you before you purchase.
2. Your Contract
Your contract starts when we accept your application and confirm your plan.
Before you purchase, we will provide you with the important information about your plan, including the price, services included and how to cancel.
3. Monthly Payments
Your chosen plan will be charged at £9.95, £19.95 or £29.95 per month, depending on the plan selected.
Payments will continue monthly until the plan is cancelled.
You may pay by an approved payment method, including Direct Debit or card where available.
We will not knowingly take more than the agreed monthly amount without providing the appropriate notice.
4. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are a consumer and purchase your plan online, by telephone or otherwise at a distance, you normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is entered into to cancel your plan without giving a reason.
To cancel during this period, contact us using the details below.
If you ask us to start providing the service during the 14-day period, you may have to pay for services already provided before cancellation, where permitted by law.
After cancellation, any refund due will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

Cancelling a Direct Debit with your bank does not necessarily cancel your service plan. Please contact us directly to cancel your contract.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may contact you to arrange payment.
If payment remains unpaid, we may suspend or cancel the plan in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
7. Our Service
We will provide the services included in your chosen plan with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits your legal rights as a consumer.

10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow us to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
Your legal consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms, where reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes in the law or our services.
We will not use changes to remove rights you already have under your contract.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Consumers will retain all mandatory rights and protections provided by applicable law.
